My local AD doesn't do anything.

My other AD, does a lot more. Better deals, and free promo items.

Water, Coffee, Lunch if I have time. I cannot complain about anything. Discounts, they do what they can and I appreciate it but I do not expect it.

Then a very nice steak dinner, with drinks all around. Very much appreciated.
Very cool!

Big discount, coffee, tea, hold and see some expensive watch (worth $500K - $1M) and my AD is going to replace the small box that came in with my GMT IIC with a medium size box this afternoon.

My AD indirectly introduced me to Victor Royce, the president of Rolex Canada. Also got to see a hell of a tennis match final:

What does your AD do for you?

I got a employees handbook from a Rolex boutique along with a Rolex binder with every basel released watch. This wasnt my AD though and I never bought anything from there.

Prior to my watch purchase from my AD, he has bought several vehicles from me over the years. (I'm the new car sales manager at the local Toyota dealership)
I felt it was only right to buy my first Rolex from him. Great guy.

I forgot to mention that I also got free polishing and cleaning, a Rolex catalogue/manual and extra year of warranty on top of the regular Rolex 2 year warranty. Most important of all, my AD has very friendly staff. When I went this afternoon to have my bracelet re-sized and box replaced, a total of 6 sales staff including the person whom I got my GMT from approached and chatted with me even though I have bought only one Rolex from them so far.

Extremely generous discounts, appraisals, etc. I have a very lucky situation and have become good friends with my rolex ad.

Recently went out for drinks with a bunch of guys from local AP/Lange AD and they all seem cool so plan on doing business there at some point

But frankly my buddy Takuya in here is the man and frankly can get his hands on anything. Unbelievably cool and trustworthy dude

Tries to tell me there is a waiting list of seven people for the SD4000 when he has had one in stock for a month and that all seven can't make it into the shop so it's my lucky day!!!

Well let's see:

1. Sells me watches.
2. Invites to private hosted parties at the store(s).
3. Gives first right of refusal on new (hard to get) or rare (limited) pieces.
4. Provides freebies like watch winders, Patek passport carriers, watch cases, luggage, etc...
5. Invites to trade events as a guest of jeweler.
6. Invites to private parties such as Rolex America's Cup, Rolex at Laguna Seca, Wellendorff at Fairmont/Ritz Carlton, etc...
7. Will order pieces so I can see them with a floating deposit even if I do not end up buying them.

They're also really nice.

My AD flies us to any city in the world on their private jet to view Rolexes they don't have in stock, puts us up at the Carlton in the Riviera or other equally posh hotels, and picks us up in a limosine for private events at the White House.

Okay, maybe not quite that much service, but I'm trying to compete with some of your ultra-generous ADs.

We did get a Rolex pen, though, with the purchase of a gold Daytona.
