Daytona help needed

Hi everyone, I have in my collection a daytona everose 116515 with ivory dial, since I will be moving to live in Thailand in a few months I want to put a composite/rubber strap on it. I live in France and there is a very good strap maker ABP (ateliers du bracelet parisien), has anyone ordered there rubber/composite straps? Can anyone recommend me the best composition available and the best place to get it? Doesn't have to be in France if they are good and will make it to fit exactly my watch and clasp.

Also another thing, the watch is rose gold, and straps look better in dark brown alligator than in black, I have both, do you think it's better to get a brown or black rubber strap?

Any help from people who have either done this or have gotten information about it would be greatly appreciated.

Would you consider rubber b strap for your Daytona?

I think it complements the thinner daytona perfectly.

Here is what it looks like on a Daytona (mine is SS with Smartyjones endlinks).

buckle isn't the best, but you can source another.

Love the look also but I would like to be able to use my Rolex RG clasp which looks great IMO, wouldn't be the same without it, of course for a SS version it's ok to have a normal buckle but for mine it would be a shame

Of course, I would consider anything composite or rubber, but like I just said I want to be able to put my Rolex RG clasp on the strap, so trying to see what would be the best solution for looks and comfort taking that into account

Would you consider a bracelet. In Thailand, gold is a status marker, as you probably know. All gold watch and they will be bowng before you v

Very cool but wondering if I wouldn't prefer a flat strap rather than one with the middle part sitting higher, anyways I contacted also ABP to ask them info about what they can propose, will see, but if I don't find what I like will probably go rubber-b.

You have chocolate or ivory dial? I have ivory, found the dial to be more readable even if the chocolate dial is a killer...

I would get the black rubber for your ivory dial, brown if it was chocolate. And ABP are first class so see if they can make one perfect for your taste first.

Ivory. Like the chocolate but hard to read unless direct light is on it.

really digging that look. I've had my eye on a daytona for quite sometime and if and when I get one, I will definitely rock a strap on it! great shot as well

Exactly, my grey dealer even sold a chocolate one to a guy who brought it back the next day, unreadable, too bad because it really looks nice, maybe they should have made the hour, minute and second hands different for more readability...
