5513 WGS vs 14060

Which should I keep? The 5513 or the 14060? Both full sets. Both similar condition. Please help.

I made this decision recently and decided on the 5513 with WGS. It has the same look, but the feel is vintage and the amazing plexiglass crystal. Also there is no fear in using it as intended since the dial can be replaced by RSC (I know it would be luminova vs tritium, but the look would be the same)

My vote....5513. They'll just get harder and harder to find in great condition, followed by the 14060. I'd hold on to the 5513 if I had to give one up, with all factors being equal. Either are great choices though !

If finances allow, keep both! They're quite different in feel because of the sapphire vs. acrylic.

Does your 14060 have a tritium dial and hands? I've seen some with fantastic patina that would make the decision to let it go a little tougher. There's something about strong patina on a gloss dial that is very cool. If it's a luminova dial/hands, I'd definitely keep the 5513, if one must go.

I recently made the same decision. I found a late 80's 5513 in fantastic shape and pulled the trigger. It's getting serviced now and I can hardly wait to get it back.

Congrats on your purchase!

Keep the 5513.
