16520 value

I'm still hunting for the right 16520. I ran across this watch. It appears to be all original without box or papers.

Given values of 16520's have been going a bit nutty lately, i wondered what the group thinks this one might be worth?

Is the bracelet correct? I can't tell for sure.

Agreed and the lugs are still fat.

Nice lugs, nice bezel, clean dial -- I would say a good price for this watch would be $10-11k

The bracelet is correct. This watch is an L-serial number and I know the 4 line dial will command a premium.

4 liner with 225 bezel and brushed bracelet will cost a lot more than later versions.

It an Honest 4 liner but with the 4 line dial and 225 bezel its gonna be more than most 16520's and def more than an A Serial SEL model. Prob somewhere in the low 20's at least.

Agreed on all of the above... I personally like this one as the inverted 6 is more desirable... if the price is right put it on your wrist!

Watch of the same spec on Chrono 24 for £32k...... Porcelain dials now demanding £50k!!
16520 looking like the future Paul Newman at this rate.
Great combination that watch - dial, bezel, inverted 6, zenith - I wouldn't pass one up if I could get it for decent money.
