As others have stated, I would love to receive a watch from my father that lived a full life. Scratches tell stories!

I'm going to enjoy and wear both watches.


I think th BLNR is going to see more time on my wrist though. It's an amazing watch with just enough subtle differences to the regular 116710 LN. Love he blue 24H hand.

I'm with you all the way. If I want a new watch, I'll buy it myself so I'd let junior do the same. I love the hunt for a new watch so would let any kid of mine enjoy the same fun.
