Can someone confirm if this is a safe seller and if watch is legit?

Watch looks OK, but the seller's feedback is a bit worrisome. More than one instance of "bait and switch" tactics where the buyer got a different watch than the one pictured.
Plus, the price seems a bit high, IMO.

There are a couple slight variations of that model listed in the for sale section here you might check out (one of which is over $2700 cheaper than the eBay watch):

Thank you! I live in Miami, same where this seller is located so I would try to see it in person before purchasing it. I'm looking for the same combination of the one they are selling and I also want it new/unworn condition so if you happen to see it please let me know.
