I found it! The fake vintage Rolex and Tudor dials motherload...

Check out all of the fake dials and even a fake bracelet. We have got to get this guy kicked off of ebay. Research is indicating a lot of fake items coming out of Singapore.

Here is the link to the motherload of all fake dial sellers... Prepare yourself to be in awe and if you have nothing better to do, take a few minutes to report at least some of his fake items.

And then there is this guy. Just add your own 2824 and you are good to go. Fake junk.

Not only does Rolex get hurt, but the cheap fakes that cost from $100 to $300 literally steal sales away from reputable brands who have watches in those price points.

And there are plenty of people who buy a cheap fake who could have afforded to put a genuine Rolex on their credit card or could have paid cash or gotten in store credit. A guy that buys a $200 fake who could have afforded to pay $200 per month for the genuine watch needs to have people like us help to take away that option from him. He can pony up the cash or credit to buy the real deal or choose to buy a $200 Bulova or Seiko or something along those lines if he can't force himself to pay more than $200 or so for a watch.

At least this guy doesn't have a fake Tudor rotor included, but still... ridiculous.

I remember a few years ago hearing about AP having a load of watches intercepted that were headed into Mexico from the U.S. because the cases were similar to the Royal Oak cases. Now that's what I call intellectual property rights protection! Go A.P. - I think Rolex can't do that because they allowed too many companies to get away with homages for so long. They kind of forfeited their right to legal protection of their case and dial designs (without taking into account the trademarked logos of course).

Not completely sure about that though.

I would say this violates AP's trademark rights. If not I found the deal of the century.
https://www.ebay.com/itm/122046502733

I am doing a custom dive watch build using a 2824 ETA and this guys listings kept coming up. I am all for a non branded custom build but not for this piracy.

We have tried our best with these over the years. Rolex does not subscribe to ebay's vero program, why I don't know. I will contact an enhanced ebay member and see what I can do. Cheers

Thanks for doing what you guys do. Need more people fighting for the good side. I know not much recognition but I'd buy you a drink if we were at the bar!

Thanks... I'm kind of new at crusading. I have TFCC in my right wrist and it has given me extra time away from the bench, so I've been hanging out here.

Ouch
I don't that black strap is genuine Rolex - they use crocodile!

PS - that is pretty cool Guilloche work (dials) in the background - did you make/do them?

Very cool indeed.
I show both those form of decoration to participants of my course, to teach them the difference between genuine and fake.
If you ever have a spare piece that may not be perfect, and would care to donate them, especially perlage

Take care and get better soon, there are not many Guilloche people left in the world today
