Panerai PAM 112 for PAM 795
I have the 112 since 2013 but would love to exchange it for the new 795. The local Panerai dealer said that the 112 is solid and un-replaceable and I shouldn't polish it, exchange it or sell it. Actually, the service center is no longer polishing it since it can damage the bezel and ruin the waterproof so they replace it with a new one. what's your thoughts?

I'd keep the 112,I know some dealers will say that older pams don't sell, but in reality it all depends on the asking price
Recently I see 000-005-111-112-176-177 selling faster than their modern iterations (63x,77x,1xxx) Saying they cannot replace the bezel is a lie,the bezel is similar as 510/560 and they still have that in stock,at least in Asia |

Yes I am familiar w 112 but have no idea what a 795 looks like. I imagine others might not as well? To get the best feedback it would be helpful if each person didn’t have to independently google the details of your question to try to give you helpful feedback.

Pretty big change going from a base to three hands and power reserve indicator. Big change in lume color, too. I like the 795, but I probably would only be tempted to move a 112 for a 000.
As for the bezel, are you saying they will only replace the bezel because they won’t polish the existing one? |

Thanks for the feedback. Yes, they stopped polishing the bezel bc it can damage it and ruin the water resistant. Subtona, the Pam 795 pics are available on this forum, a couple of threads about my post.
