Panerai alternative to IWC IW377714 Le Petit Prince Chrono
Hello everyone! Noob here...
My latest addition to my collection was a DSSS 116660. So for my next watch, I am aiming to get a non-divers that I can wear with long sleeved cuffed shirts. My primary consideration right now is the IWC Le Petit Prince Chrono (IW377714). Would love to hear your thoughts on a good Panerai "counterpart" to this please. I dont have good knowledge on Panerai's line-up yet and now researching. - price range $5000-7000 - I can wear with long sleeved cuffed shirts Thanks in advance! If you need the chrono function, you’re not going to find a Panerai similar to the IWC in the stated price range. I would go for a Speedy or Navitimer.
Regarding cuffs, if they are big enough or tailored, any Pam will work. If you wear tight cuffs, Panerai probably isn’t what you’re looking for. |

I can’t get my PAMs under any of my double-cuff shirts. I don’t really care though, I just roll my sleeves up to mid-forearm

Agree and I don’t care either. If I’m wearing long sleeve I simply wear a Rolex. When I roll up and/or do short sleeve it’s PAM all the way. And it looks amazing.

I have 162 which is chrono model. It has been discontinued so you must look at pre owned market if you looking for this particular model.
Watch won't fit under double cuff, but it does not bother me neither. Sent from my SM-N935F using Tapatalk |

I’m a big IWC fan, but I really like my 654 flyback

If lack of chrono function isn’t a deal breaker, you should look at the Due line. The thinner case will nicely fit under your cuff.
