Just want to alert folks to a shill seller, certifiedtime. Starts .99 no reserve auctions and uses a (0) shill to set the reserve if the auction is not going well.

Sometimes I wonder if a savvy buyer uses a zero feedback account to create the false impression of a shill bidder so others will think the seller is dishonest and the savvy buyer will swoop in and scoop up the item at an extra special discount.

Sometimes you will see situations in which someone drives the price up and then cancels a bid late in the auction so the price drops with 24 hours to go. This can cause bidders to think there must be something wrong with the item and the savvy buyer scoops up the item at an extra special discount.
