Interchangeability of omega parts

Digging around in my parts box I found two 2500b, one 1120, and a couple 2892 a2 movements.
I know all are derivatives of the 2892, Do many parts interchange? Can i drop off the pile to an expert and get a couple working movements? Assuming the needed parts are functional.

I'd rather reclaim a couple instead of parting out the lot.
