The 44 is a bit clunky and the 26480ti's dial appears crowded to my eye. These look very balanced and I really like the AP at 12 o'clock.

FWIW, I saw the 44mm TI in a case recently while dropping something off for repair to service center, so I feel they should be relatively obtainable. But of course, this is simply a very uneducated guess.

Finally this is what I've been waiting for, New movement, better size and better balanced dial. This is top of the list now! Can't wait to see one.

Interestingly when I was in AP house last year and discussing the 15500 and how it removed the "Automatic" text, the SA told me that AP are gravitating towards more minimal text and even removing the "Audemars Piguet" text and just have "AP" on the dials as only text.

At the time I thought he was bs'ing and no way would know but it with this new release it seems like going that way!

I do like the new designs although I wish they went smaller than 43mm...

I was really hoping the top one with fume dial was Pt and I would be all over that one. Think the Ti is the winner in this group.

Love them! Good that they are scaling down the 44mm.

But curse my tiny wrists! Hope they will scale down the 42mm version to a 39 mm some day.

Very nice editions...fume one looks best in pictures let see them in real life...

Dont think they will be difficult to obtain, will the price have premium for in house movement?

This is great. I was wondering when they were going to migrate the Code movement into the ROO line. I had asked a sales associate at the boutique in NY back in Nov 2020 and he said usually these things take quite a while, so it’s nice to see this happening.

I’m torn on the new size and softer lines. I like the 44mm and it’s sharp lines as well as the layout of the chronograph, but these look good too.

Anyone else think the applied AP logo looks a bit strange? It doesn’t look like just the “AP” is applied it looks like that is applied onto a small piece of ceramic acting as a background and then the whole thing is applied to the dial. Maybe my eyes are playing tricks on me..

Very pleasant surprise, I would have guessed it would take years more to update the movements!

Much much better than the 44mm.

They should have made it a 42mm though imho. 43mm is still very large.

Really happy with what they came out. 43mm is great and I can't wait to try them on in person.

I think only only the ROs have dials made on a pantograph. ROO are stamped.

As a hardened ROO 44 advocate I’ve been very much looking forward to seeing the ‘smaller’ version, but I’m just not sure about these and would need to see them in person.

I think I preferred the older sub dial layout and also I really dislike the off-balanced date window at 4.30. It’s the one thing I dislike about the ROC – I’d actually prefer no date and keep the dial more symmetric.

The AP logo looks a bit odd. However it’s not actually the AP on its own, it’s the fact it’s been placed upon a lumpy ‘island’, and I really don’t understand why the logo hasn’t been applied to the dial as previously, and on the new Diver. This may seem a small issue but the AP logo is actually a significant design feature, and to me anyway the bulbous platform jumps out.

Also not sure about the Xs that link the squares on the dial, in pics it just seems to overcomplicate the dial visually to no gain. Odd design decision.

One thing I really do like is the new pusher housing and button design – very similar to the old one but overall nicer and really well designed.

I’ll be very keen to see the RG version in the metal, but in pics anyway am not sure I’d prefer it to my old faithful RG44.

Probably biased since i own 44mm but layout of 44mm and date at 3 o’clock still has my vote

Ideally we would have in house movement, same dial layout as 44mm and 42, 43mm diameter (and all ceramic)...:)
