Question about Deployant and Reverse fit/install

Friends - wanted to ask if anyone's done a reverse fitment (like many do on the PP deployants) for the AP deployant clasp for rubber?

I can see that maybe it is odd to do on the AP deployant since it is somewhat one-directional, just thought I would ask before my rubber strap comes and I walk into the boutique asking a dumb question since I see it done on quite a few PP iterations..

A lot of people have done it. You put the 6 o'clock side on the 12 o'clock. However, when closed, the clasp will appear upside down when turning your wrist around.
