number in the movement

i just want to know a number a saw today on my movement watch today i saw a 1556
and a dd32784 the watch its a 1803 whats dd 32784 stand for?????

Thats the movement serial number DayDate 32784,the 1556 thats the calibre number, the movement serial is recorded by Rolex only information.

Thanks my uncle use 2 were it every day so the numbers are almoust gone its not the same number that the case?
