Probably going to have to give us a bit more info on the watch and price for any serious advice.

The Daytona TT is a spectacular Rolex.
As Tom has said we need more details?

Personally, I'd avoid it. I flipped mine for a WG one as TT for me is neither one nor the other....it scratches, yet it's not all gold. Just my opinion though! I know they are much loved!

I think it looks great better than the SS and cheaper in most places.

TT daytona is gorgeous
The SS is the most sought after Daytona. But the beauty is in eyes of the beholder. Personally I love my TT. I would like to own a SS someday just to be in that exclusive club, but when it comes to looks the twotone does it for me.

If it's a new one from a AD then I think the price is right.

I love the TT model, but would prefer the SS Daytona.

SS Daytona. It's the pick of the litter. You only live once. The current SS Daytona is tomorrows very collectible for a very good reason.

Well you can't go wrong with the TT. Some like the gold. I do too. It looks great. However generally speaking the SS will hold its value better.

There's nothing wrong with a TT Daytona. You can actually get a bigger discount on a TT (try getting a discount on a Stainless). I got mine NIB from an AD for nearly the price of a Stainless. Here's mine:

I am lucky enough to have both theTT and SS. I love both, they are the same model but a totally different look. I wear my tt on sundays because its more dressy and has that classy appeal that the ss does not. I wear the ss as a daily wearer because ita more stealth and less noticable..
So I think it depends on your expectations from the daytona..the TT is an incredable watch, you will love it. |

I've had both TT and SS versions. Each was a great timepiece but sometimes at the track the TT was a bit over the top (like in pit lane)
