Icon15 1675 purchase inquiry

Dear forum members,

I recently consider a new purchase of 1675 and encountered one as pictured with a local dealer.

Not really familiar with such vintage type. Appreciate if experts give opinions.

Dial looks relumed. What is the serial number and asking price?

Some additional photos would help very much. Looks to be a Mk 1 dial from the late 60s, agree with the probable relume of the dial. Can you provide some more details of the watch and the asking price?

Guys, how you all tell it's a relume? The lume seems quite even with some so called lumpness here and there. Could it be due to aging?

I think the relume note is due to the "lumpness" as MK1s and later were all a applied with an even, non-lumpy, hand... That said, this doesn't look too lumpy... I cant tell but understand the note...

Also, that top right lug looks like someone took an ice-skate sharpener to it.

More pics to confirm any of the above and more info on the deal if you'd like some specific notes...

Tom, thanks for the reply! I did not take much photos of this, but the dealer told me this was relumed. The serial number 2 million, with box and paper.

Goodness, why would people want to relume after all? Isn't vintage all about originality and legit patina? Relume is akin to destroying a good watch.

Well if the dealer has admitted to the relume that's a good start, so what is the asking price? It can still be a nice wearable watch if the relume doesn't bother you and the price is right.
