But then I am not a fan of the Daytona.
In the end, it's you who is going to wear it.

I have the white Daytona and the 5711 blue and can't imagine swapping one for another. Very different watches.
Saying that, if anyone wants to give me a 5711 for a White Daytona c give me a shout! lol

Glad you came to your senses bec thats just a trade you would regret and if it were on an "even" money basis is just robbery.

I know many people are against the idea, but if you are going to get in $$$, and it is a fair deal, I don't see why not!
I own both watches, and though they are very different, I would be torn if I had to give one up. I can totally understand if you prefer the Daytona C. The color contrast is phenomenal (especially on the white dial IMO), the watch is sporty, elegant, has very nice presence, and overall just an incredible watch, and certainly would take a better beating than the 5711 and have less wear on the outside. Personal preference on which one prefers, but as long as you are not losing on the deal (gaining cash with the trade), Go for it!! Good luck. |

You are crazy for considering this unless you ok with burning 10k+ It's like saying you want 14k for your 5711...

Swap a nautilus for a Daytona c500 - not crazy imo as long as you get some money back. It depends what's in your collection and what you want the watch for. You can wear the 116500 every day, for any activity, and not worry about it. That's a pretty good attribute for a watch.

OP, You didn't state the terms of the deal. Even swap, no way! Otherwise, if money coming your way, then go for it.
