What band is period correct for a '68 Tudor Sub (7016/0)

Dear friends,

I'm waiting on the arrival of a new watch... a story that may very well be too good to be true. More on this though upon the watch's arrival and inspection.

My question to you all is: what band or bracelet is period correct for a 1968 Tudor Submariner 7016/0?

Your knowledge is appreciated!

Best,
Greg

I think they normally came on folded 7836. I would personally prefer a 9315. Rivets would probably also be ok to this period.
