Congrats.... I saw your FB post too.

I've always said you can base a collection on speedmasters.

You sir have done that with a subset - well done!

Trying to bring some focus on how I select watches for the collection. When I started out in this hobby, I would jump on the whatever was popular at the time bandwagon.

Trying to be more selective.

Is that for the Snoopy 1 or the 40th anniversary Apollo 11?

I just can’t bring myself to buy something from a different country that I haven’t physically seen and touched.

I’ll just have to wait it out and hope some good examples turn up in the UK at what I thing are reasonable prices. I don’t see either as must haves, but my wife has a Snoopy 2 and we share a Snoopy 3 so I think it would be nice to have a 1 to complete the set. I would like a 40 th anniversary as it was the watch which started my real interest in watches about 15 years ago and I still haven’t go one!

Anyway, we’ll just have to see what turns up, but I am envious of your collection.

Tough question I know, but is there one you like more than the other/s?
Someday I’ll add to my own collection but for now, the 50th is my one and only…
