Patek Philip manual-winding Calibre 16-250

I bought a Patek Philip manual-winding Calibre 16-250 watch. Online shows 38 hours power reserve after fully wind but i am getting almost 31 hours. Watch keep excellent timing. Any suggestion will be helpful. Thanks

When was it's last full service, if known, if not consider it or just wear and enjoy. 31 vs 38 power reserve times, with watch keeping excellent time. You really don't have a problem watch.
