Congrats X2

It's amazing that some can't get any watch even after being on a so called list for years and you score two of the best.

Such a whacky situation and now you can't even get a DJ41, total insanity!
I'm hoping for a Hulk soon and then its sit back and watch how this all unfolds.
Should be a good lesson to remember years down the road if all this craziness turns into the great Watch Bust.

Mind sharing some background, did you have prior history, how long was the wait??

Thanks and wear them in good health!

Here is some background with this AD. Always rolex nothing else. I started purchasing in 2016. Sub date and then a Milgauss blue. 2017 - 3-DJ’s 31 for my wife and two daughters. Then a Air king, explorer1. Then i asked for and received the SS Daytona black ,(4 weeks wait), DJ 41 rhodium. 2018 the oyster blnr the SS SkyD blue! and the CHNR GMT. I was thinking i had the golden connection. Mid 2018 i asked for the BLRO and showed Interest in the Hulk but was told my spend wasn’t high enough!or diversified enough. Irked me a little. I let the relationship faulter for about 1 year with no correspondence. Fast forward to early June 2019 and i emailed interestin the WG Daytona Blue and asked if that would qualify me for the BLRO.
Why yes of course it would dear customer. He ordered the WG Daytona.( 10K down) small discount. Amazingly he had the BLRO in his hand in about 4 weeks and the WG Daytona in about 8 weeks.
(Makes me think that the rumors of full safes in the back of stores might be true with how fast that Blro was acquired. )
Now I’m extremely happy with the relationship and the outcome.

Well I think that qualifies as having history with the AD! My God for him to say that your spend wasn't high enough or diverse enough was preposterous. I would have been seriously irked but then again he did get you some grail pieces especially the Blue SKYD. So I'm thinking that a year of irkiness was about right. And he came through for you again.

Now about the Hulk? That should be coming forthwith also after your high dollar diversified spend with this guy, please let us know when it's in hand and thanks for the details, very interesting!

Yeah, you took the words right out of my (big) mouth. I was shocked to read the OP got 'static' even after all those Greenbacks spent. In fact, it's lunacy! The OP's Rolex collection is wonderful as well as the gifts to the ladies of the household. But, to most of us, those are a Lifetime's worth of Rolex watches! I don't breathe that 'rarefied air' and never will. I hope others won't need to shell out that kind of cash to aquire an SS GMT, Daytona, whatever.

I gotta lay down and clear my head.
