I'd like to help but I'm not sure what the question is.

Just get all of them re-lumed with some nice, white luminova.

Just kidding: that's a pretty good match. Don't mess with it.

Thank you for your opinions. I will post pics whenever I get my watch off to Rikki at Time Care. Out of town at the moment.

Finally got a chance to put these together. Too bad I'm still going to have to find another set of hands. They don't match very well. What do you guys think? I'm leaning towards I can find a better match

Can you post a non-blurry photo? And maybe a couple in different light (one in natural daylight would be helpful).
That all said, if you're already not feeling it, it likely means you'll never be happy with them, as you'll notice the difference every time you glance at your watch.

Ah, I see what you mean. They appear to be lighter, and a different tone of patina.
I doubt I could live with that

Put them on and see what it looks like on the dial.

They look pretty close to me.

Are the hands that you show in the original posting the same as the ones on the watch? They look so much different on the watch.

It is not a rule that the patina will develop the same way between hands and dial. My 1680 has a darker hue on the hands. The opposite has also been documented. Your watch looks fine.
