Had the great pleasure to work with SohAIS (Aamir) of late--my first experience with him--and was treated to not only an excellent, extremely smooth process in buying, but a true gentleman of the highest degree in terms of both manner, and responsiveness.

In terms of packaging, his detail in ensuring safe delivery was most impressive. Was also extremely pleased to find a detailed appraisal included with the watch, as well as a heartfelt thank you note. Small details? Perhaps, but that extra mile means a lot, and says something about the man.
