Steel Pen Barrel Engraving....Any recommendations?

I'm looking to have a steel pen barrel engraved and I need some assistance in locating anyone that may be doing it? My local engravers either don't have the proper equipment or will not do it because I didn't purchase the pen from them.

Can anyone recommend an engraver that does steel pen barrels that I may be able to inquire with regarding my needs?

Any help would be appreciated.
