Where to buy?

Hi fellows,

I'm looking to purchase a daytona clasp for my DJ. I want to change out the clasp, just like Jocke changed out his on his YM. I'm looking for either a new or used two tone clasp. I posted a WTB but it returned no results. I have contacted Steve Mulholland and he is still yet to get back to me.

Can I purchase one from Rolex USA? Would an independant watchsmith with Rolex parts account be able to source one for me, here in the US? Or would I need help from someone in Europe to buy it for me?

Any answers would help!

If they were readily available, I would have one...

Your best bet is to source one from somebody in Europe who can buy them individually..

For the TT, expect to pay about 2,000 bucks...just for the clasp.

WOW $2000 is steep. I don't mind getting a used one. Do you by any chance know what an SS would cost?

2 years ago I tried to get a SS clasp and the price was $750.00, so I turned it down... I expect that the newer style is more...

Used ones would mean that somebody is parting out a Daytona.... a very rare occurrence....
