Everest is the better strap in my experience. Quality is nice between both, but the Rubber B strap has a more fixed shape especially at the lugs. It will all come down to preference, and you may be able to find some shops near you that carry Rubber B. Check their website under retailers.

Personally I like the Everest strap more. Looks closer to the Oyster flex and fits my wrist better. Also like that you can chose sizes that line up with links as opposed to cutting the strap like Rubber B. For reference I have 3 Everest straps (2 deployant, 1 tang) and 1 Rubber B (deployant)
