Yes, I totally get it as I had the same reaction.

I finally to purchased with the thought of flipping soon thereafter. I always purchase my watches with bracelet for ease of selling but bought a GGB strap in advance.

In all honesty, I was more in love with strap than the watch because I thought it was so cool. Still do.

Watch came and it did little to impress me. I always start wearing watches on the bracelet then switch to strap if I think it will look better.

After wearing a few days, I started to get it. It was really growing in me. I'm not sure why, it just works.

It's now become one of my favorites. And its never been on the strap. The bracelet breaks up the solid black color.
