Some new Speedy shots! Share your, a Speedy Pro Picture thread!
Well they are not quite what I want to capture. My camera has a pathetic Macro mode. Its not bad though considering the camera cost only $150 or so. I guess you get what you pay for!
Anyway some shots from my morning walk here, and a few others. I love how the Hestalite crystal looks in the light and how it distorts at certain angles. I love how it gives the watch a warm look at the right angles with with the right lighting. Some were cell phone pics, so they didnt come too well. |

There is just nothing quite like a Speedy Pro. I got mine after seeing the Speedy Pro that Fr. John was wearing a couple of years ago. Some watches in my collection come and go, but not the Speedy... a true classic and keeper! Cheers, Bill P.

Ryan, you should add "YOKAN" or "UMEBOSHI" to the background.
Great photos everyone!!

You see, the problem here is that Fr. John doesn't quite have enough Speedys.
Since my search for a 2254.50 has been unsuccessful, the 3570.50 is definitely my next watch. It looks great with a black strap. |

I love the leather watchbands that have round ends to conform to the shape of the case.
What a tailored and integrated look, and especially so with the deployant/deployment buckle. And, especially so with a Speedmaster Pro. Two questions: 1. does this type of band have a name and who makes the better/best bands of this type; and, 2. deployant or deployment...which one? |

1. Omega makes the "double ridge" alligator for the Speedmaster. 1. Omega makes the Kevlar X-33 strap as well, which is what I use. See the first pics in my enormous thread.
