what is the best way
After owning a few rolex watches i would like to step my game up to a Patek Philippe. A 5712 or a 5167A i live in The Netherlands and signed my self up at a AD but the waiting list... I read a few topics about Switserland would my chances there for buying one of the above be bigger?
Thanks in advance

Arnaud or Dimitri can connect you with their AD in Davos. 5712 should only be few months

In that price bracket you could also get the dual time Aquanaut. 5164. And it more available at ADs

No i prefer the 5711 over the 5164. My idea was to start with a 5167 and if i like it trade it up for a 5711 or keep the both ( i have a few rolexes i Will sell then) so even in switserland the 5167 waiting lists are long?

This is my plan but depending on my bonus, I will see. I would like to keep both 5167 and 5711 if possible. I don't want to consolidate any other pieces to keep both since the 5167 and 5711 are the same movement 324SC, but the 5711 obviously has more heritage and much much rarer.

The way the 5711 is going (very hard to get) I would start with that one first over the 5167

i am sorry i mean first the 5167 and then a 5712 instead of a 5711 because almost impossible and i like the 5712 slightly more.

I am on a wait list for a blue 5711, I was told early 2018 I should be taking delivery. Then I guess I will decide to keep the 5167 or not. 15202 seems to be a better contrast than the 5167, since they are both iconic Gerald Genta designs. Hope your 5712 comes in fast. Cheers!

Well he is on vacation, I talk with him through whattsapp, he was going to NY a few days ago, probably for the exhibition, sometimes he also takes some time to respond...
