Those three lines mean the screw opens clock-wise and is closed counter-clock-wise.
Hopefully you didn't apply much counter-clock-wise force yet. |

There is a special tool the fits into the two notches.

Is your plan to just service the movement and get it running agian, or the whole Shabang!? Case refinishing, crystal, etc.....? |

Plan on doing it all. Crown threads ng...will replace tube,stem and crown with authentic. Started to refinish the case. Movement disassembled. Bracelet needs restore finish. Dial perfect . Hands were pitted put in ultrasonic and it removed the tritium.. Ordered authentic hands but Luminova. New authentic acrylic crystal, bezel (Pepsi) Hope I can reassemble.

I had a question about the 1675 movement and maybe this would be the right thread to ask it.
In the image above there are two red wheels. Are they red for a reason and are they metal? Crazy question I know, but they almost appear plastic. |

Those are the reverser wheels in the auto wind module,they're coated in Teflon to reduce friction.

The click should move freely and the Spring for click # 5035 should push the click against the ratchet wheel.
