How did that come about - didn't they all come issued with fixed/welded spring bars? Dial and hands look new! And the insert - weren't they originally with 60 minute markers all the way around?

You are correct, original inserts have minute markers all the way through.

My wild guess is its a modded 5513 but lets wait to hear what the OP has to say
