Tough choice, but in this case I’ll take the 5 digit

Have never owned a Kermit. Just liked the ceramic bezel Rolexes.

I suggest you go for the one you want to wear.

If both available I would definetly go with the LVC
better movement
Ceramic bezel
Better bracelet
Green sunburst dial is a amazing
Don’t let the Kermit hype skew you!

Hulk every day. The the Kermit in comprison looks half way and I’m an all or nothing kind of person. I never did like the Kermit before the hulk existed which may have something to do with it as well.

They won’t make any more Kermits. The 5 digit models are cool is you don’t have something older. THe Kermit has that sweet maxi dial, so you get a piece of the newer watches, but a more collectible and imho unique piece.

Had both, had to let one go to make room for another watch.... sold the hulk, regretted it, bought it back, then sold Kermit

Happy with decision (for now )

Not sure if the Kermit will be around for long. I've always had my love for the hulk but in this case I'ld say Kermit.

The Kermit is the true 50th anniversary model, with the 2003 model year being most preferable. For that reason I think it will always be more valuable. I also greatly prefer the way it looks and wears compared to the hulk.

My vote is on Kermit, own one and love it. Best of both worlds, classic Sub with a maxi dial.

I had this same dilemma about a month ago and was going back and forth between a Kermit and hulk. Ultimately bought the hulk, just felt like it was superior in fit and finish from what I had read and researched, aesthetically I like the kermit more, but overall I felt the hulk was a better value. So far couldn’t be happier with my choice, and as stated in this thread it is a very comfortable watch in design.

No comparison. 16610lv is more special, better and more proportional case/bracelet design, and a classic.
