Incoming BLNR!

I’ll start this off by saying I’ve had my eye on the BLNR since 2014 when it came out. That year my father passed away. At the time he had started to transition into the 6 digit references having purchased an 116613LB in 2012.

After his passing I put that idea to a side but fully aware the blnr was going to be my father’s next purchase, specially since black and blue were the colors of his favorite soccer team and mine as well. Fast forward to last year when I decide it’s time to buy it and I find out about the current Rolex situation. So I went to my AD and they said I would need to wait a few months. Well, I got a text message this week and the rest is history. After almost 5 years I finally have it the last week it was officially available!

BIG Congrats... That is indeed a beautiful piece and I am so happy that I am also an owner. How long did you have to wait to get it?

You're lucky. I've been waiting for one since September of 2018 and obviously won't be able to get one now.

Enjoy yours! It is a great watch.

Congrats, I think it's safe to say you got one of the last 116710 BLNRs out there...

Congrats OP! Just picked one up today as well so don't write them all off just yet, perhaps a few still available but not for long.

Same shock and awe when I got the call last Thursday. Better late to the party than never at all!

Congratulations, it’s a beauty! I personally prefer the Oyster bracelet on it but the new Jubilee is growing on me :)

Love mine, first purchase, lucky to get via local AD with no prior purchase history after a relatively short 8 month wait at end of 2017. Just made second purchase of Z. Blue dial Milgauss with same AD, now alternating scuffing polished centre links now

I prefer the oyster bracelet over the jubilee bracelet. Well done.
