common verses uncommon
Would an experienced collector be more likely to buy a very popular dial or a uncommon dial on a popular style.
example would be a 116523 tt Daytona gold dial vs blue dial. if you owned both, which one would you keep if you had to part with one? Greg |

It's more a question of popular as common. We don't have access to data that would support one dial being more or accessible to us consumers.
As for me, I would prefer the blue dial...one of my favorites. |

I cant imagine a tt being ultra collectible. That said I know the model and to me the blue dial is more attractive

I am thinking of selling it. Have only had the blue face for a week, but it is so small on my wrist. Looks anemic. The dealers who sold to me will take back on trade, but not sure if his trade is really what i want.
I am used to a 45mm zenith or a 46mm breitling. My eyes are old and bad. Greg Sent from my SM-T820 using Tapatalk |
