Finally found one at a local Costco in Michigan.

Costco has great customer service. I mean - look at how they unscrewed the crown so that the battery will not run down!

My Costco is lame and hasn't had anything worth looking at for years. Currently the most expensive time piece they have is a $600 automatic of some sort. Obviously I'm in the low rent district; actually there no rent district near Boston. My guess is that the one they had didn't garner much interest. They had a 36mm DJ at one point.
