Zurich Airport - Best Display

Taking a walk through the above yesterday. Main shop closed for refurb and will open again in April as a full Rolex AD Boutique. In the meantime they have erected a stand in the main departure hall which is super cool and designed as you would expect!! A few pics.
Featuring the Daytona - virtually all on display and of course not for purchase!

I wonder how many people go in to look and nearly have a heart attack at the sight of a daytona in the case, only to be told they can't have it haha

I hear the Rolex wall was made from the strap for the new DSSD so big it avoids the need for diving weights - nickname is the SINKER!

but seriously that is a cool looking watch area!

Wear whatever you want I suppose, but I think it's definately too big for your wrist.

The good news is that the renovated Bücherer store will carry Tudor as well.

Looks like the most expensive pop up store I have seen in a long time. Very cool.

It is not a store, just a display.

Apparently the Daytona is housed in a display case with similar security controls as the Crown Jewels.

It would have been better if the center links were polished and the outer links were actually brushed well lol

Looks nice

It is an exhibit, not a store: you cannot buy anything there.

That is going to be the theme for all ADs in 2019!

I am curious to see if for the day they reopen the ZRH store they manage to fill up the display cases...
