Need your advise: which 2 from 3 should I sell

After re-arrange all my rolies to 3 only. Daytona, Sub and GMT. Currently I need some fresh cash to fix my house.
I know, majority will say, keep what you like most, but I have think about it for a week, and I like all of them at the most. Really hard to seperate with one of them, but my house can't wait.
So, if in the future I have some extra money, I think all of them are quite easy to get, right?
Your input highly appreciated.

I would keep the Dayto as this is probably the most difficult one to get.

3 great pieces, and a tough decision. But for me it would come down to function, I would keep the GMT. The most useful watch in there for me.

Depends on life style. For me it would be the Daytona kept and the other two likely parted with.

If you need to sell your Rolex's for house renovations then the house is more important than any watch.

As far as I see here in Asia, daytona WG is the most 'unwanted' one. YG Daytona is harder to get

True. Family is always more important. But I only need to sell 2, and I estimate it should be enough for the renovation. My issue is more on which one to keep, not should I sell or not

If you asking for each of our different opinions of which to keep i bet you'll have alot to be distracted with. personally i'll keep the GMT but it all boils down to which you prefer the most.

For me, definitely the Daytona has to go (because of the diamonds), but I wouldn't be able to choose between the Sub and the GMT. Maybe sell the one that gets the highest offer?

The GMT would be my keeper. The function and the looks are what would make me keep it.

I also regret when I buy the daytona due to the diamond. Now 99% convinced daytona will go.
Sub and GMT hard choice........ love them both
Anyway thanks for the daytona advise

If you need money for your house then I’d sell which ever one you will get the most money for.

I would see how much each of the watch will bring and how much you need for the house. Let the money guide you but I would try to hang on to one of the PM watches. My preference is the Submariner to stay.

Daytona the easy choice due to the diamond. The other one is tough, maybe let go the GMT due to the offer of SS version available

I need around 25k-30k, I believe if I sell whichever any of two, I can get that amount

I think I would keep the GMT or the Sub, it just depends on how much you like the blue dial.
