Omega Seamaster 300 Master Co-Axial
I love the vintage design this watch has but I'm very worried about the thickness. I have a 7 inch wrist. I was wondering if this watch would work well in any situation including formal, tuxedo. I live on an island so I like the water resistance it has. I don't mind rolex, but at least where I live, not everyone knows what an omega is so I would definitely get more use out of an omega (I like keeping a low profile which has lots to do with brand name). For reference this is how a sea dweller looks on my wrist.

I can’t keep my Seamaster models straight, if you are referring to this model,
F9309499-4B25-40A1-B144-309FAF356733.jpeg I’m sure it would fit just fine based on the DSSD pic, the Retro Seamaster looks great face on but it has a tall and funny looking profile, which turned me off. I’d looks at it before deciding. If you are referring to the Seamaster with the octagonal bezel, it will also fit fine. Either would fit with a Tux, but while I wear dive watches with suits, I do like to have a simple dress watch for a tux. You could augment the Seamaster with an Orient Bambino for a couple of hundred bucks and have all bases covered.

Yes the talm profile is what worries me! So sad because I love the old school look. And yes I am referring to the seamaster 300 master co axial not the diver 300.

I have the model shown, and I had the same concern. Go and try it on if you can as it wears so well. I wear it on a nato most of the time, and it never feels unbalanced or too tall. I’m considering getting an Omega leather and deployant to wear as a semi dress dress watch. I have heard it’s less comfortable on bracelet as lugs are long.

It looks beautiful but does look a bit tall on the wrist for my liking. As soon as this covid thing goes down I'll head out to the local omega AD and try it on!
