Scary stuff. Makes me nervous to think about the next 10 years or so and what kind of issues we will all have.

Court case from Italy.
"....earlier case, the trial court denied the claim, but Italy's highest court accepted a link between excessive cell phone use and the manager's tumor."
Article says first in world...."first trial court verdict".

Zzzzzz

If you're worried throw away your cell phone.

Other than that no one cares.

A court ruling is not science.
And to be honest after Italy's seismologist manslaughter case my confidence in their court system being filled by anything less than cranks is not high.

The more I hear about these things the more amazed I am at peoples lack of knowledge of the electromagnetic spectrum and what Ionizing radiation is.

The high court was swayed, even though the lower court wasn't. Must have been a convincing attorney presentation, anyway.

I spend precious little time on the phone and when I do I almost never put the phone to my ear.

I use the speakerphone every time.

Sometime if I need to, I'll put the phone just close enough to my head to hear if I'm in a loud environment, but not in contact with my head.

When police radar became widespread there were a cluster of police officers who got brain tumors. Remember this from the mid or early 80s.
I've been exposed to soooo much anyway I'm lucky to be alive.

With the number of people using cell phones each day throughout the world, it would be expected that thousands of cars each year would appear if this were the case but they don't. Digital phones don't emit the power of the old cellular phones of the 90's

I'm more concerned about the number of wireless signals traveling through the air. I have this muted headache almost every day when I'm in the city but once I leave, its gone. Sitting in my apartment, there are close to 100 wifi signals that my laptop pics up.

I imagine the more immediate danger to life is people walking into traffic, down holes, off the edges of seafronts or whatever, while talking or texting or browsing on the their phone.

I have seen people texting walk right into the intersection. If it weren't for drivers slamming on the brakes or other pedestrians pulling them back, they would undoubtedly gotten hit.

...it isn't even necessarily TEXTING and driving. People looking at Facebook, Youtube, Instagram, Twitter.....ANYTHING that diverts a drivers attention away from the road is a problem. And it has reached epidemic proportions all over the world, with no end in sight.
