That was what I was thinking! Does one trade in an M6 for a 8 Series

BMW is pretty late to come out with that design for 2018, Jaguar already did it back in 2007.

Thats a great question.

But I am thinking the M6 is a legend at this point.

Always nice to get something new, but the vig on that is going to be hefty for the first 6-8 months for sure.

Well, Aston has been doing it for far longer than that.

Personally, depending on price, I would go with that bimmer...easy.

Side profile looks like an Aston.

Front and back is Lexus/ transformer like to my eyes.

They just need to redesign the front and the back.

And the sides.

Yes. Aside from NA being the 2nd largest market for BMW (after China), BMW hasn't withheld a flagship vehicle or high cost vehicle since the late 70s (e24 M6 with M88/3).

Only for an E31 850CSi or a new 8er if they make one like the 850CSi. More than likely BMW will capitalize on the M brand and finally make an M8, even though the 850CSi is an M-car and BMW actually had a prototype E31 M8 which was quashed by the BMW brass.
