Do you have remote business?

As we see most people work remotely today. And it's really impressive and comfortable when you have your own remote business. Do you?

No. Most of business owners are suffering now. So I am glad I didn't have one

I appreciate your business more than you can ever imagine. Hopefully business picks right back up after all this is done.

I own a business that I run remotely and I am part of a family business that could potentially be ran remotely but we chose not to at some point.

The small town where we live closed it’s borders and we are now stuck. So needless to say we will be making arrangements to run everything remotely at a moments notice so we do not get caught with our pants down.

Although business is significantly down I am very glad I can still service some of my clients and be somewhat helpful.

No. Some office staff could work from home. We’re a manufacturing/warehouse business.

I’m semi retired now, have worked out of my pad since 1/2019. I like it!

I finally realized that remote work is much more better because you don't need much for organizing that. Moreover I can tell as a small business owner I just need several adds and that's all. EspoCRM for communication with my team, trusted internet provider for stable internet access for all employees and that's all.
I don't have to go to work, I don't need to spend time for transfer. It's a big plus for me

Being retired I have a lot of business and experience with remotes. There's the McIntosh amp, TV, DVR, 2 CD players, Node 2i...

Tale of 2 halves really,
‘Day’ job, requires my physical presence , so on standby from home luckily on full pay.

My business -
I can work anywhere I have my phone. I managed a big project from a beach in the Philippines last year!

My company is operating, everybody working from home delivering remote technical services to help companies update their software for automated releases. Office is fully shut.

We built the underlying software delivery platform that allows companies to update software multiple times a day, live, and it's paying off for many of them in this situation.
For example, Governments are able to release their new online portals for helping their residents with anything COVID-19 related and ramp up capacity overnight not suffering any downtime.

My team's busy though... For now.

My team is distributed across the UK, Germany, Spain and Italy. I’m
Now based at the UK site. Working from home is therefore no real difference as such, but we have also got our boy at home now his nursery is closed.

With that & the uptick in complexity dealing with corona it’s making for some long hours and many many conference calls.

my business is 100% remote, has its pros and cons just like anything else of course, but it definitely made this transition very easy as nothing changed.
