Wife and I run a semi-pro-ish women’s team. These are our team bikes that we were so stoked to see the women race this year, only to have our season chopped. It’s been frustrating. So anxious to get out there.

Well I took my 2009 madone out today for about 15 miles. But half way through, the derailleur cable broke and so I had only 3 gears, associated with the front chain rings lol. Interesting ride. I have gotten away from my road bike over the last 5 years (and more into mountain biking) due to concerns about distracted drivers (due to prevalence of smart phones) but figured there would be few out today and so ventured out.

I should dig out my bike and ride more but we are being asked to stay home at this time.

My late uncle was Jean Stablinsky (Stablewski).
He was too hard an act to follow.

The UK event was in Derbyshire with stunning scenery and tried it’s hardest to mimic the Italian original by using fire roads and tracks but inevitably had to use some tarmacked roads.

The event was fabulous. It was a beautiful summer day, very well organized and attended with riders from all over the world.

Take a look: https://eroicabritannia.co.uk/

Lupine 7200 CP Head Lamp of Germany.

When its dark and raining out nothing works better then a LUPINE Light of Germany. By far the best headlamp money can buy for cycling... Not very budget friendly but worth every penny for sure..

Definitely a hard act to follow, an inspiration for sure. Amazing to be athletic enough to have a good long career in cycling. Wow!

Definitely dig that bike out. I’m gonna dig mine out.

Vive la France!

Great thread. These pictures are as awesome as watches. Thank you everyone for posting them. I might go out and buy a new bike today. LOL

I had an Orange5 several years ago and enjoyed it, but it had an annoying 'creaking' noise nobody was able to stop, so I got rid.

I think I bought it

I still have my 5 as well and that had a creak, but when I rebuilt it (forks / shock serviced, new bearings all round and carefully built back up) it disappeared and never returned, so I don’t even know what it caused it
