New Seiko Watches

I stopped by my AD's today to look at a Panerai watch and wandered over to the Seiko/Grand Seiko display. They had a few new models in and I tried everything on. I have previously owned the SLA019 and the SLA021 and have moved them along over time. I can't let the watch go though, so I bought a new SLA021. I am planning on hanging onto this one for awhile. I also picked up the SRPD27 and the SPB097. I could not pass on these as the dials really worked for me. I am waiting on the SLA033 and the green dial SPB103. They had the black 103 and the green will be great. I also picked up the Panerai I was looking at. I did not photograph it yesterday as I was so taken by the Seiko's. I am also looking forward to the re-issue of the Arnie. This should hold me for now.

Which model is in the center of the threesome?

My favorite. Have a feelin’ it costs a lot more than a Turtle.

Hey are you the ToxicNATO guy? I'm guessing yes by the avatar...Ordered an Isofrane style strap for my PADI mini turtle, and the thing is just great. I'm gonna order some more. (Thread HiJack)

Terry's stuff is killer, maybe the best straps for the money. Try the Scurfa rubber strap, it's my favorite. I also have two of the Isofrane-style Magnums, they're awesome on a MarineMaster.

Awesome pickups, I really like that new Monster (SRPD27?). I'm looking forward to the Arnie reissue, too, but I can't decide between the plain black or the Pepsi (my first watch was a SKX009, which I still have, and I love the red/blue combos). Although, that faux-rose gold version is pretty cool, too.
