A pair of "oldies but goodies"

My 18k RG bumper automatic and 18k YG Rolex "bubbleback" automatic:



Both date from ~1950.

I've had the Omega for several years and refer to it as my "special occasion" watch. The Rolex was acquired a couple of weeks ago out of the estate of this gentleman:

The Rolex came on a 14k YG mesh as shown here:



As you may recall, the Omega also came on a 14k mesh. That bracelet is known as a "rainbow" mesh as it is comprised of RG, WG, and YG:



The Rolex will soon be going off for some polishing and service but I wanted a photo of the two together before that happens.

LOVE that omega Rainbow mesh...had never seen it before

your watches are in brilliant condition...especially love the clear look of the Bumper..very classy :)
