Icon10 FedEx Dropped off this 1675...

Wanted to add this fun one as I continue down the vintage path.

The hunt continues for a few grails...

B-E-A-utiful!! Both very fine examples of the glory days of vintage sports Rolex. Now all you need is a nice big red to round out the vintage land sea and air theme 👌

It's addicting for sure.

Any strap recommendations? I see some pretty cools ones you gents have and this GMT is begging for one.

Very fine example. Congratulations. I am in the same boat, as I get older so does my collection. Hail the vintage....

For straps check out Bulang & Sons/JPM. Excellent straps for vintage watches. JPM has his own site but also makes B&S straps.

I 2nd this recommendation.I will say that GMT's look better with thinner Straps due to the slimmer case profile.

Great acquisition Paul!
Love the 1675 with vibrant inserts and matte dial!

I agree with the above mentioned strap dealers and will add GLCstraps in Italy.
I purchased 2 straps from them last week and it went perfect!

Enjoy that stunner!

Thanks my friends...as for what's next, the next two will be 'harder' to source to say the least. But will be worth the wait--and might even throw in another fun one or two while I'm waiting

Paul,

A good friend and fellow WIS, swears by these guys. They are in Chicago and use genuine Horween Shell Cordovan. I am getting ready to order one to try out, but my buddy says they are really great. I know they will be soft based on the Horween leather....
http://www.roverhaven.com/

Oh and with B & S and Fedex shipping, it is usually less than 10 days to reach me from order date.

Fabulous 1675! And a great set. My favorite part might be the little green "1675" sticker. Very cool. Big congrats!

I would recommend a single thickness Horween Shell Cordovan with the minimal stitch for a GMT.They compliment each other perfectly.I have bought from this Seller and am extremely happy with his product and service:
