Thoughts on this 34MM Ranger?

Hi guys,

For a while now I've been considering picking up an older Tudor 34mm Ranger for daily wear. I came across this one recently and wanted to get the experts (you great folks here on the forum) opinions.

The dial is listed as "original and redone", which from the images I take to mean completely refurbished/restored/what-have-you.

I'm interested to see what everyone thinks of it however, knowing it would be a daily wear, and fully expect it to receive the occasional nick or scratch over time. Does the re-dial (even if it is the original, to me it's about the same thing) still kill it for you? Or might it be a bargain for a general purpose day-to-day piece?

I've linked to an older posting for the one in question, as it provides much better res pics than I could make load here in-forum:

Thanks as always for any thoughts!

At least. Real rose rangers probably more. It doesn't look like they even give a reference number on this because it's so put together.

He keeps resisting the same watch over and over again with the same pictures. I would proceed with caution

Seller indicates its "original but reworked".
No reason to believe otherwise

An original Ranger dial is worth more than $750 on its own. Either that or its an original small rose dial with the Ranger and the 6, 9 added.

No need to look at pics. It’s fake.
