Which one to add next?

Hello everyone, I have been buying and collecting watches for about 10 years now (vintage and modern). It all started with a steel Rolex Daytona 116520 and has been a passion ever since.

Currently my collection is like this:

- Rolex Daytona steel 116520 black dial
- Rolex Daytona full yellow gold 116508 black dial (some people call it PN dial)
- Rolex Daytona steel 6263 big red black dial
- Rolex Datejust steel 126234 blue dial (fluted bezel and jubilee bracelet)
- Rolex GMT steel 16750 matte dial
- AP Royal Oak rose gold 15202
- Patek Nautilus steel 5712
- Patek Perpetual Calendar rose gold 3940

What do you think I am missing or should aim for next? I have quite a small wrist so I don't want to go for anything above 40mm.

Thank you

Your collection is awesome. Would love to see a pic. I wouldn’t add anything else unless you really want it, hard to justify taking wrist time away from what you’ve got.

Great collection! If staying with Rolex, as stated above, the DD40 would be a great addition! If interested in SS, maybe a 6 digit GMT or hulk Sub.

Man with that collection I can't believe you don't have an idea about what's next. Or maybe you actually don't need to add anything.

Maybe a manual wound chrono from Patek or Lange?

Hi, you're missing a Jaeger-LeCoultre Reverso, this Reverso à Eclipses is coming on the block next week. A very cool and rare piece unique at Antiquorum, Lot 215.

What an awesome collection, you have all the bases covered and then some. Since you asked; a YG DD or Celleni Moonphase would be my choice with that selection. I'd love to see pictures of your collection. As Keith Lemon would say, wedged to the max.

Explorer (modern or vintage), 116610LV, 5513 from Rolex. Maybe a VC Overseas? 4500v is 41mm (worth a look?) but the 37mm version is nice too.

This bracelet is flexible so extra 1 mm is irrelevant.

If that were my collection (I wish) there are only two ‘mass-market’ watches I would consider adding: DD40 and 1815 Chrono. Other than those it’d be strictly independents.

114060 and don’t look back. Need a sub and have plenty of date watches. This is the one that I always go back to.

Expand your Rolex variety (get a diver and DD), and/or continue to branch out into higher horology like VC or Lange (you’ve already got AP and PP).

You could add a high horology manual wind chrono: Lange 1815 Chrono, Lange Dato or Patek 5172/5170
