Is it rude
Is it rude to ask members about a for sale post that is advertised on this forum?
If not, how do you go about it. Copy/paste? Refer to seller by user name and type of watch? |

Not at all. It's your money, your due diligence, you're entitled to ask so you feel comfortable.

Fair question and shows you have respect for the forum. But agree, it's your money and if you want advice there should be no difference between people offering opinions on a sale from a store/website vs on this forum.

PM them.
We used to be able to comment on for sale threads. A lot of "You can't be serious about that price!?" comments and other potential argument creating posts. Now only the seller and mods can post in for sale threads. Much better this way. |
