Help with my bezel insert

I purchased this 5513 last year and it had a replacement insert. So I purchased this "new" insert. I have done some research but I cannot tell exactly which model it is and am looking for opinions. Please comment.

By the way, the insert was slightly bent and it popped out on me once on me. And I want to give a shout out to Edvi at ABC Watchwerks. I was in LA recently and stopped by his offices and he put it back in and did a pressure test for free. Great service and I will be taking to him to service when needed.

Looks like a "Long 5" insert to me for a Meters First Sub.
