Best Leather Strap for Oyster Perpetual?

I'll be honest, I think the bracelet on the oyster is ugly. It makes everything look so blocky.

I'm thinking about switching it over to a nice leather strap so I can toe the line between casual and dress but I'm being overwhelmed with the sheer number of leather strap options. Can anyone recommend me a good company? I just hope its not "the higher the price tag, the better it is" a la everest bands. I mean Im sure they're very good quality but at 250, are they really 100+ better than others? That being said, if they are THAT good then I have no problem paying.

Also, side question. What spring bar tool do you guys use?
